CAP Wall of fame
Tibo is a 19 year old American football player who plays in NCAA Division I with the University's Towson Tigers.
"When I first met him, he was already in great shape, but after training with CAP for a few months, I've started noticing conciderable changes. Both his strength and overall physique had really improved a lot. As a former NFL-player myself, I know Europe's best training facilities and must admit that CAP is one of them. Their expertise and training style will make Tibo ready for the challenges he'll face in Division 1 College Football."

Referees, especially those who arbitrate in first division, are expected to be in good physical shape to perform better. This prevents players from getting injured and makes it easier for the referee to ace his (obligatory) physical tests. I, and the other groups agree that fair decision-making is necessary, especially at the end of the game, to make sure that the right team wins.
CAP provides me with personal training during the season to improve my sprint technique and starting speed. It's really effective, my hard work is really paying off! I was coached by CAP through personal programming during this season's preparation phase. I received a very diverse, tailor-made programme that requires a lot of communication between me and CAP. This programme is very exceptional and super efficient. It doesn’t only allow my skills to be on point during the season, but I'm also faster and stronger than I have ever been before.
During the physical tests I had a few weeks ago, I could really prove that doing hard work and excellent supervision by experts really helps a lot. The only thing that's left for me to do is to prove my worth on the pitch and keep up the good work!
